About Our IPS System

  • AF, Inc. provides an on-site employee to operate the IPS System.
  • All functions associated with procuring & securing products are our responsibility.
  • All inventory is owned by AF.  No investment on the customer's part.
  • AF provides all required equipment necessary to operate the IPS System
  • Inventories remain the ownership of AF, Inc. until issued out to the customer.
  • Quantities issued are not restricted to box quantities or minimums .  Only requested amounts are issued.
  • Customer is billed only for what is consumed.
  • Billing can occur on weekly, or monthly basis

 

  • IPS System is supported by custom designed software.
  • All products are bar-coded.
  • All receipts & issues are conducted using a handheld scanner.
  • Full traceability is provided.
  • Packing slips are immediate.
  • Billing is provided in a variety of formats to customer req't.
  • Detailed usage reports are available.
  • Security on product usage can be implemented.
  • On-hand inventories can be provided on disk if customer software requires.
